Clients worldwide visit Kerstin Laibach's atelier for a truly focused bespoke service. Therefore, please consider a direct visit to the Laibach atelier / gallery in South West Germany for an in-depth consultation. Alternatively, a Skype / FaceTime / Zoom meeting can be scheduled.
Kerstin Laibach offers the possibility of directly using your own old gold for your new piece. Please consider checking your jewellery box before contacting Kerstin. You may find unwanted items - or even broken jewellery with sentimental value - which could be integrated into your new piece. Aproximately 80 percent of Kerstin's clients opt for this, as the ultimate choice in environmentally friendly and meaningful jewellery crafting. Alternatively, re-refined (recycled) precious metals will be used to create your new piece.

All Laibach rings, in all precious metal options
are individually precision handmade (not cast) by goldsmith Kerstin
Laibach to your exact comfort fit, style and profile preference.
In all cases, if you are requesting a personal cost estimate for rings, particularly
in platinum and gold, it is essential that you provide as close
as possible your ring finger size(s) and also indicate the ring
width(s) you would prefer.
If you are having ring(s) made, via the internet, in all cases you will be sent
a ringsizer to ensure your exact ring size(s). Ringsizers are
only sent after a deposit has been made.
If you are ordering a piece seen on this website which Kerstin
Laibach has already made and is currently available, such as some
earrings and pendants, your chosen piece can be reserved once you have made a deposit payment.
For online orders, if you have any questions regarding fitting adjustments, Kerstin Laibach will
aim to answer these to your complete satisfaction before you commit
to your order. If you are happy with everything and wish to proceed,
you will be sent an invoice, either deposit or full payment
depending on your order request) through which you can securely
pay via Paypal (or alternatively bank transfer depending on country).
If you pay via Paypal, a small percentage of 3%
of your total cost is added to cover some Paypal charges. If you
are in Germany or the UK you can transfer your payment via bank
transfer which does not usually incur an additional charge. When
full payment is received, your order will be shipped to you and
will be insured during transit.
