IMPORTANT: If you wear a pacemaker, always check any jewellery yourself for magnetism which may affect the functioning of your pacemaker.
Although we check, and will note in a piece description, any noticable magnetism which may cause problems with pacemakers, in no event will we be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death whatsoever, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss, damage, injury or death arising from the ownership, usage, handling or wearing of any jewellery piece sold, repaired, redesigned or worked on in any way by us which may contain magnetism.
