Ordering a piece ... Please read before sending us your request.

To order, please make sure you write the name and number of your chosen piece in the form below. If you are not sure of this please click your browser's back button to return to your selection.
We will reserve your chosen piece immediately on receipt of this form and quickly inform you of the delivery cost. If you have any additional questions which you have included in this form regarding fitting adjustments, we will aim to answer these to your complete satisfaction before you commit to your order. If you are happy with everything we will proceed by sending you an invoice, through which you can securely pay via Paypal. You can use most credit / debit cards or your own Paypal account. When we receive your full payment, your order will be shipped to you and will be insured during transit.
Many of the Laibach Collection one-off design pieces are often on display, either in exhibitions or hotels in Germany and other European countries. If the piece you have ordered is being exhibited please allow a short delay while we collect your piece and prepare it for delivery to you.
If your piece needs to be made specially - for example, a pair of gold rings - we require a 75% quotation deposit (50% quotation deposit on silver items). Delivery of made-to-order pieces may take up to three weeks (depending on our waiting list). Pieces already available should take just a few days or less (depending on location).
We can discuss your specific made-to-order wishes in reply to this form and will also give you a clearer estimate of delivery time.
