Returning
a Recently Purchased Item
RETURN OF A FAULTY
COLLECTION PIECE:
In the unlikely event that you find a fault with your readymade
Laibach Collection piece, please get in touch with us and we will
arrange a replacement or refund. You must return the item to us
in the original packaging within five days of you receiving the
order. Shipping costs are
refundable in such cases. We recommend that you return any item
using a "signed for" secure delivery service as we do
not take any responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.
RETURN OF A NON FAULTY
PIECE:
In the absence of any fault with your Laibach piece, but which
you would like to return, please get in touch so we can discuss
your reason on an individual basis. Our general rule is that we
do not provide refunds of non-faulty pieces but offer alternatives
instead. You must notify us of this situation within 5 days of
delivery.
RETURN OF A LAIBACH
HANDMADE CHAIN TO BE MADE SHORTER:
If you have purchased a Laibach handmade chain at the standard
selling length of 45 cm and would like it to be adjusted shorter,
this will be adjusted free of charge if returned within 28 days
of purchase. You will only be charged for delivery.
RETURN OF A BESPOKE
PIECE:
We do not accept returns or refunds for made-to-order (Bespoke)
pieces. Bespoke pieces can only be returned to us for repair in
the unlikely event that a fault has occurred during transit. The
piece must be returned within five days of you receiving the order.
In such an event, shipping costs will be refunded.
It is important that you make
sure you have explained clearly the exact size required for your
bespoke pieces I.e. necklace lengths and ring sizes. You will
be charged for subsequent adjustments after you have already received
your piece.
