Sending Us Pieces for Repair, Restoration or Redesign

Please contact us first before sending anything to us for repair or restoration.
When you send us a piece for repair or restoration, we strongly advise that you use a "signed for" secure delivery service as we do not take any responsibility for the non-arrival of items.

SENDING US OLD JEWELLERY (PRECIOUS METALS) FOR RECYCLING:
Please contact us first before sending us old precious metals for recycling purposes. (This can include old jewellery, gold dental fillings and coins of non-collectable value.) We will explain the process by sending you an information sheet, and we can establish if your gold is suitable, also based on our recycling ethics. We only accept old precious metals as credit when you are purchasing pieces from us.

SENDING US OLD JEWELLERY FOR REDESIGN / REJUVENATION:
Please contact us first before sending us old jewellery for redesign. We will send you our Information Sheet in PDF from, which will explain the process in more detail. We can then establish if your piece is suitable for redesigning, also based on our recycling ethics.
